Because Moss Mountain Inn is a small, intimate property with limited accommodations, cancellations can significantly impact our ability to rebook rooms. We appreciate your understanding of the following policies:

Reservations canceled within 72 hours of booking are subject to a $75
administrative fee.

If you cancel your booking 30 days or more prior to your check-in date you will be refunded 50% of your deposit.
 
 Cancellations made fewer than 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit.

No-shows are responsible for the full reservation amount.

If we are able to rebook your accommodations, we may consider a refund at our discretion. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during winter travel months or peak Glacier season.

A 50% deposit is collected at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
Gift certificates and retail purchases are charged in full at the time of purchase.

Pet Free Policy
Pets are not permitted, with the exception of registered service animals. Please contact us directly with any accommodation questions or special circumstances prior to your
stay.

Moss Mountain Inn is a non-smoking and non-vaping property.
For the comfort of all guests and to help preserve the peaceful atmosphere of the inn, we kindly ask that smoking be limited to designated outdoor areas away from guest
spaces and entrances.  

Occasionally, single-night stays may be available depending on the season and occupancy. Please contact us directly to inquire about availability.
