Moss Mountain Inn is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. However we are a very small four guest room inn, and cancellations greatly impact us, especially during the high season of June, July, and August. It is difficult for us to rebook during those times. As a result, we must adhere to our policies even in cases of last minute trip cancellations on your part, due to illness, personal injury, or personal emergency. There are many reasons/factors that could cause you to change or cancel your trip, so ensuring you have coverage for extra costs or cancellation fees is important. We highly recommend you consider travelers insurance.
•Cancellation is free up to 24 hours after your booking is confirmed.
•If you cancel more than 24 hours after your booking is confirmed and at least 60 days before check-in then you may receive a refund, minus our $75 processing fee.
•Reservations cancelled for any reason within thirty (30) days of the check-in date shall forfeit the entire deposit and accrue a daily balance on the reserved rooms that we cannot re-book. We will make every attempt to re-book. Policies out side of the high season may be more lenient.
From time to time we will accomodate a single night if available. Please call us to inquire.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 60 day cancellation notice is required for all bookings.
